REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

If you are, contrary to expectations, dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
We only refund the price of the item, not the shipping costs!

RETURN APPROVAL

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has significant signs of use and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and box) as when you received it.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you via email when your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send an email to v-spoilers@v-spoilers.com with the reason for the return.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
