PRICES
In case of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and offer a solution—e.g. a refund or help in finding a similar product elsewhere.
PAYMENT
V-spoiler ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be withdrawn from your account once the item is shipped.
All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
DELIVERY
V-spoiler ApS aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the purchase. We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package size.
Note: If there is no space at your chosen pickup point, your package will be redirected to the nearest available pickup location, and you will be notified.

Deliveries are made on all weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 2–5 business days.
Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Depending on the specific case, you may have the item replaced or receive a refund.
The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from incorrect use or handling.
You must make the claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.
If you file the complaint within two months after the issue is discovered, it will always be considered timely.
If the claim is valid, we will refund your shipping costs after receiving the returned item. The item must be returned in proper packaging.
Always obtain proof of shipment so we can reimburse your shipping cost.

We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
REFUNDS
For refunds, please contact us in writing at v-spoilers@v-spoilers.com so we can arrange the transfer of the agreed amount.
NO REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES DURING SALES
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sales periods, special campaigns, or promotional discounts.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive your item.
You must notify us in writing at v-spoilers@v-spoilers.com within the 30 days if you wish to cancel your purchase.
You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing the parcel without also notifying us in writing.
If your order included a free gift, the entire order must be returned for the cancellation to be valid.
RETURNS
After notifying us of your wish to withdraw, you have 30 days to return the item.
You are responsible for return shipping, and you bear the risk if the item is damaged or lost during return transit.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged.
To help speed up processing, please include a copy of your order confirmation in the return parcel.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the delivery without also giving us clear notice.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, features, and functioning.
In other words, you may test the item, but it must be returned in essentially the same condition as you received it.
If the item shows excessive wear or damage, it may be considered used.
In such cases, only partial or no refund will be issued, depending on the item’s market value at the time of return.
To receive a full refund, you must try the product only to the extent necessary, and return it within the 30-day period.
REIMBURSEMENT
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount paid. Any loss in value will be deducted.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof of return shipment.

PRIVACY POLICY
When you place an order, we collect the following personal information:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We register and disclose personal data only to the extent necessary to deliver your order.
Personal data is registered with V-spoiler ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
We only work with data processors in the EU or countries that provide adequate data protection.
The data controller at V-spoiler ApS is Morten Stegemejer.
You have the right to access the personal data we store about you.
If you believe the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected.
In some cases, you may also request that your data be deleted, for example, if it is no longer needed for the purpose we collected it for.
